Definitions and Interpretation

In this agreement, "myluck" refers to the online betting platform operating under an international licence and accessible through the official website myluck.one. "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the services provided by myluck.

"Account" means a registered user account created through the official myluck registration process. "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account, including cash and eligible bonus funds. "Bonus" refers to any financial incentive given by myluck to users in accordance with the promotional terms in effect at the relevant time.

This "Agreement" covers the entirety of these Terms and Conditions together with any other policies published on the myluck site, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. All such policies are considered part of the binding agreement between the user and myluck.

To register a myluck account, users must fully meet the following requirements:

• Register only one account per individual — duplicate accounts are not permitted
• Not be on any self-exclusion list enforced by any responsible gambling body

myluck reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended until the verification process is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. myluck does not process deposits or withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to use another person's payment account may result in the user's account being terminated and the transaction in question being cancelled.

Withdrawals are subject to standard security verification procedures. myluck reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawal requests that exceed a certain threshold, solely for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by myluck are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users must understand and accept these terms before claiming or using any bonus.

Calculation examples set by myluck:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM3,100 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

myluck reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any abuse in meeting wagering requirements, including the use of low-risk bets to fulfil bonus conditions, may result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled.

The myluck VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate, starting from 0.2% for Bronze members up to 0.8% for Diamond members. Progression across VIP tiers is determined based on the user's overall betting activity.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

myluck users agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all rules set out. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without notice:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person
• Using automation software, bots or any technical tools to manipulate games or the system
• Collaborating with other users to defraud the platform or abuse the bonus system
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity
• Accessing the platform from regions or countries that restrict online gambling services

Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the myluck platform does not breach any laws or regulations in force where they are located. myluck is not liable for any liability arising from use of the platform that is contrary to local law.

Account Security and Passwords

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the myluck customer support team. Any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure once all outstanding wagering requirements have been met.

myluck reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Detection of fraudulent activity or attempted fraud
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the specified period
• Breach of any term in this agreement
• A self-exclusion request made by the user or by an authority
• Situations where account operations are found to conflict with applicable licensing requirements

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

myluck provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not give specific guarantees regarding the continuous uninterrupted availability of the platform. While we make every effort to keep the platform running at all times, technical disruptions beyond our control may occur from time to time.

To the extent permitted by law, myluck is not liable for any indirect, consequential or resulting losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. myluck's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

myluck is not responsible for game outcomes affected by internet connection issues on the user's end. Users are advised to ensure a stable internet connection while playing.

Amendments to Terms and Communications

myluck reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to users via email or an in-platform notice at least seven days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such amendments is considered the user's acceptance of the amended terms.

All official communications from myluck to users will be sent to the email address registered at the time of account opening. Users are responsible for ensuring their email address is kept up to date and active so that they receive all important notices.
